Also quick question my hair is kinda like dirty blonde and my brows are the same color so if i dye it darker it would be ugly right?
Here’s a breakdown of practical, non-surgical approaches for each of the areas you mentioned, along with some important safety
Zygos (Cheekbones)
Makeup (Contouring): This is the most effective immediate method. Apply a cool-toned contour (a shade or two darker than your skin, like a grey or light blue to mimic natural shadows) right under your cheekbone. Blend upwards and add a little highlighter to the top of the bone.
Facial Exercises: While their effectiveness is debated, some exercises can tone the underlying muscles. Try the "fish face" (suck in your cheeks and hold for 10-15 seconds) or smiling with resistance (place fingers on the corners of your mouth and smile against the resistance).
Overall Body Fat: The most reliable long-term method is to lower your overall body fat percentage through a healthy diet and regular exercise.
Eye Area & Low-Set Brows
Permanently lowering your brow bone isn't possible naturally, but you can create the *illusion* of lower-set brows:
Grooming: Clean up stray hairs *under* the brow to open up the eye area. Avoid creating a high arch; a straighter brow shape can give the appearance of being lower-set.
Coloring: Darkening your brows slightly can make them appear more prominent and lower. Dyeing them a shade or two darker (e.g., a soft brown) is generally fine, but going too dark can look harsh.
Expression: Be mindful of your resting expression. Consciously try to relax your forehead muscles and avoid raising your eyebrows, as this lifts them higher.
Tanning Faster
Sun Exposure: Start with short, consistent sessions (e.g., 20-30 minutes). Fair skin should start closer to 20 minutes. Always use SPF 30 on sensitive areas like your face to prevent burning.
Diet: Some evidence suggests that eating foods rich in beta-carotene (like carrots, sweet potatoes, and kale) can help you tan more easily.
Topical Oils: Using natural oils like coconut or olive oil can help attract the sun and moisturize your skin. However, they offer minimal sun protection, so use them cautiously.
Lighter Eyes
Warning: Be extremely cautious. The internet is full of "hacks" involving putting honey or other substances in your eyes. These are dangerous and can lead to serious infections or corneal damage.
The Reality: There are currently no safe, proven eye drops that can permanently or safely change your eye color. Any products claiming to do so are either ineffective or risky.
Hollow Cheeks & Jawline
Diet and Exercise: This is the only safe, natural way. You cannot spot-reduce fat in your face. Focus on lowering your overall body fat percentage through a calorie deficit, cardiovascular exercise, and a healthy diet.
Reduce Bloating: Drink plenty of water, reduce your sodium intake, and increase potassium (e.g., with bananas or coconut water) to minimize facial puffiness.
Facial Exercises: While they won't remove fat, exercises like "jaw releases" (moving your jaw as if chewing) or "chipmunk cheeks" (puffing out your cheeks with air) can help tone the underlying muscles for a more defined look.
Hair & Brow Color
Dyeing your dirty blonde brows darker won't necessarily look "ugly," but the key is subtlety.
Choose the Right Shade: If you dye them, go for a soft brown or taupe, not a dark or black shade. A color that's too dark and stark against your hair and skin will look painted on and unnatural.
Professional Help: It's highly recommended to go to a salon for a professional brow tint. They can help you choose the perfect shade and apply it safely.
