So many questions

you look good, if your nose wasn't as wide it wouldn't look proportional. your haircut is okay, I think you're either bloated or that you have too much face fat though. without surgery there's not much you can do for the rest. I can also see some red spots on your face, try fixing that so your skintone is even. also idk if you're doing it on purpose or if you're even doing at all but don't furrow your brows in your pics that makes it hard to see

Debloat, fix your skin, get a better hairstyle, shave your facial hair, and possibly rhino as a last result.

i'm 6'1 and i would say at 18 i have a good physique. i do bodybuilding yk.
