Truth is, I’ve seen you when you were younger. You just need to lose some fat and adopt a healthy lifestyle, no smoking, no drinking, more moving, less stress, and better eating habits. Everything will improve. Even in the worst case, you’ll have made progress, and that alone is worth it.

Thanks boyo, gonna be hard pill to swallow shaving my head because it might come to that if minoxidil doesnt work, i already tried fin and the sides were too much. Its really the balding that is scaring me.

Fin can be rough with side effects, so it’s understandable you stopped. Minoxidil might still help slow things down or even regrow a bit, but if it doesn’t, shaving can also be a way to own it on your terms, less stress about hiding or fighting something that’s natural.

Besides, balding with a beard can work well at your age if you keep it neat. Hair isn’t everything, bald men can look sharp too. Baldness only looks bad when you’re young or if it’s balding unevenly.
