Your current weight can lead to insulin resistance, triggering acne breakouts. Reducing sugary and processed foods will not only help you control your weight but also directly enhance the effectiveness of your medication. The medications you're using put a strain on your liver and skin. Drinking plenty of water (at least 3-4 liters a day) and avoiding heavy, fatty meals are vital to minimize side effects. Acne medications dry out the skin and mucous membranes. The standard 2 liters of water per kilogram of body mass won't be enough for you. Scientifically, it's recommended to consume approximately 35 ml of water per kilogram of body weight. In your case, this means about 4-5 liters of clean water daily. Your medication dosage is usually adjusted according to your weight. Therefore, maintaining a stable weight or losing it in a healthy way during treatment allows your doctor to adjust the dosage more safely. Fill in your eyebrows with dye or pencil, do neck exercises, and moisturize your lips.
