This is how you’ll do it.

Step four: get enough sleep so your hormones are balanced and you won’t have bad cravings.

Teenagers:
Females: 19-22 BMI & 19-23% bf
Males: 19-20 BMI & 16-19% bf
Adults:
Females: 18,5-20 bmi, 17-21% bf.
Males: just be 10-15% bf.
2. IMPROVING YOUR COLORING
Recently you might have realized that clav has ascended somehow and that’s because he’s on MT2 which improves coloring but if you’re a brokecel this is what you can do.
Step one: start eating carrots or take beta carotene and other supplements. Using self tanner can help a lot.
Step two: dye your hair, highlights or getting darker hair it doesn’t matter if it looks good go for it. Bonus points if you dye your eyebrows and eyebrows a darker shade than your hair color.
Step three: whitening your teeth with whitening strips, coconut oil is cope use whitening strips.
Step four: use bb cream or tinted sunscreen to even out your skin tone.
