tbh im not sure, and i think it really depends on the dr, some are experienced and some arent, but theres some results on tik tok of african/ethnic women u can look it up
i honestly dont know for woc what their ideal nose is like, but its def not the typical european noses im used to seeing so i genuinely dont know

im pretty sure any reputable surgeon will let you tell them exactly what type of nose you want and even simulate it
imo the unnatural results are because people want too much while disregarding the harmony of their whole face
