If you're an unattractive woman, you should get surgery to feminize your face. This makes sense.
But transgenders make no sense to me. You're a male, yet you're trying to become the opposite—that makes no sense. They don't look female; they just look like androgynous men with makeup, even with plastic surgery. I mean, plastic surgery isn't going to overcome 7 million years of evolution.
