For years ive suffered with intense hyperpigmentation on my knees, legs, and etc. after trying so many products the best one i can recommend is amlactin lotion. I use the blue bottle since it’s more intense and works faster than the green one. My favorite thing about this lotion is that the results wont go away if you stop using which is something i fucking hate about most products targeted towards hyperpigmentation. Also super moisturizing!

Another favorite of mine is the naturium bha liquid exfoliant. I use this as a toner after washing my face and it got rid of all my acne scars. I’ve also been using on my bikini line which has gotten rid of ingrown hairs, hyperpigmentation and overall made my skin so smooth. I just put some on a cotton pad to apply.

For the past month ive been taking msm and biotin for hair growth and holy shit it’s good. My hairs never really grown fast on its own but i swear it’s betting longer each time i check. I also think cutting my own split ends has helped.

Chlorophyll is a must! If you aren’t already using it please leave and go add it to your amazon cart. It’s made my skin so glowy and my body literally odorless. It even helps with digestion. It’s not a strong flavor to me but some people say it is.. idk idc just go buy some it’s essential.

I plan on using volufiline, adamax, ghkcu, over the summer so I’ll do updates on those. Also considering lip blushing.

Msm is a supplement for bone and joint strength but its also known to help with hair growth and ive heard its good for height too. When i was taking only biotin my hair growth was slow but taking it with the msm really made a difference.

Glycolic acid from the ordinary jelo light dark spots also helps your acne and you hair
