I already know the meaning of it I used to be obsessed with dreams and still am
Was able to lucid dream multiple times in the past because through self learning
I used to be a natural lucid dreamer as a kid

He is a psychologist, he is the one who came up with the things like archetypes, and the shadow, and his students came up with things like the mbti, however he talks about dreams a lot and psychological meanings with your shadow and archetype and stuff.
