There are usually pets in big friend groups , the difference with men is that the so called leader is the one who is more influencial . For the girls from what I saw the prettier usually gets the most attention and it makes her the most influencial . The pets are happy to be in the same places as the pretty ones and are too scared to leave .

I feel like beauty perception in school is bs anyways . Some groups are designed as the pretty ones while some girls that are probably objectivly prettier but do not hang with this type of crowd are not .

When men are involved (it is rare for a predominantly female group to operate in predominantly female settings; and if they do, it is usually only for a short time), appearance becomes more important

We say we are but it really isn't that easy . There is always this person that gets to say the final word or that you should not mess with if you don't want to be banned from the group . It probably applies in groups of 4 or more people tho . It's not as obvious when we grow . I saw it the most in middle school . At the start I was chopped as hell and did not express myself much then morphed and just saw people literally following me , maybe that experience makes me believe in ops statment more .
