Something I don’t get

Denialism, muh slave food
Truth is most of the nutrients if you eat good food will be met, then you need vegetables and fruits to fill in the rest
Anti nutrients are cope, avidin in egg whites aren't harmful just biocarbon carriers, theres a reason no studies are done on them
Still a vegan diet will lead to deterioration, supplements are mostly cope + you will eventually stop being able to process vitamin A
 
It’s such a weird myth, right? A bunch of extreme diet trends like the hardcore carnivore and keto people, just decided veggies are “unnatural” for humans. But that makes no sense when you look at history and science. Humans have been omnivores for millions of years, basically eating whatever they could find like fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, and meat. Archaeologists have even found proof that early humans ate plants alongside their meat. Plus, our gut bacteria literally thrive on fiber, which mostly comes from plants. So yeah, veggies have always been part of the menu!
Is where everybody got the idea that vegetables are bad and unnatural for humans to eat when almost all research I’ve seen has said humans ate vegetables throughout all of human existence @Whitepill
