Lifefuel / Motivation Sometimes Not Having Everything is a Blessing

I believe that not having everything is actually a positive thing, because if a person were to possess everything they desired, it would destroy them.

It is a core part of human nature to adapt, a phenomenon known as Hedonic Adaptation.

Trust me, even if you became a "Chad" you would eventually get used to it and just view it as completely normal.

And if you got into a relationship with a beautiful girl or even your crush girl, after a year or two, you would start seeing her beauty as ordinary because you've grown accustomed to it.

Even if you became wealthy, the moment you have the financial power to buy absolutely anything, you will just get used to it.

I think the only way to true happiness is through contentment and working on the things you actually have the power to change. Stop wasting your grief on things you cannot control.

Imagining an "ideal life" causes so many issues, I find it kinda beautiful that someone without anything can flourish
