Split ends

cutting is the only way but u can find salons that only cut the split ends not a whole inch or two off or do it urself and right after try a hair care routine that stregthens ur hair and prevents damage and use heat protection

Is there a way to fix them without cutting your hair ?
no sadly. you can go to a salon and get what's called a "dusting" where they only get the split ends and less length is taken off but they rarely do a thorough job and often take unneccesary length off anyways. if you have see-through ends you need to just chop it off because it's too far gone. personally I do my own trims every 8ish weeks where i trim maybe 0.5-1cm and then go through my hair in sections in the sun to "seek-and-destroy" the split ends specifically. bonding treatments help. the redken abc bonding line is good but expensive, and the verb bonding masque is a good cheaper alternative. i keep a pair of sharp beauty scissors by my vanity so i can just take the split ends off whenever i see one. it's very important to cut them because no matter what the ads and products tell you, you can't re-fuse the hair back together. if you don't cut them they just split even higher up the hair shaft resulting in you eventually having to chop even more off.
edit: also, silk bonnets and pillowcases and sleep with your hair in a braid to reduce breakage while you sleep.

k18 bond repair is the only thing that actually works. if you follow the instructions on the bottle it will def make your split ends better. i also use heat on my hair everyday and rarely get split ends bc i sleep with hair oil on ends, silk pillowcase, and low ponytail. i also chop my individual split ends whenever i see them using hairdressing scissors.

there is no product that will actually "make your split ends better" you have to trim them or the split end will travel up the hair shaft even more. any product that says they can heal/mend/repair split ends is lying to you. k18 is good but it's not magic. op if you really really don't want to lose length then ask a hairstylist for a "dusting" (you can also do this yourself) or pick through your hair and use sharp/hairdressing scissors to cut the split end about a cm before where the split end ends.
