What sports do you believe are optimal for testosterone, and growth in general. Obviously there is a difference in how people look based on the sport they play, tennis players won’t look the same as American football players.

I agree with this to an extent I think the adrenaline rush of playing a physical sport does boost testosterone and has better affects on you in general than a sport like cricket or baseball.

I sprint in track and field and I honestly believe it has improved me facially as I’ve done it throughout puberty

Again my guess is it just keeps you active (lower BF, builds muscle, gets you in the sun), and hat helps more than the sport itself
 
You should try reffing soccer, it’s what I do, you get good walking, maybe a jog here and there it’s in the sun and you make 50/hr where I live

I believe the higher physical sports increase HGH levels
 
why that?
I got cut from the academy I was at so I just play club now
But also because if I didn’t play soccer I could ref 6x a week at like 120 bucks per night, that’d be 720 bucks per week
 
This is only for sprinting by the way I believe long distance running actually lowers test
It’s not that running Long distances automatically lowers test. It’s more the stress it puts on your body
 
Pretty sure this has been debunked. It doesn’t elevate your hgh long enough for a meaningful difference
True, but sprinting consistently every day does have plentiful benefits to growth, leg muscles get insane growth. I believe sprinting grows leg muscles better than weights.
