I can’t figure out how to squint correctly does anyone have tips? Every time I try I look like I can’t see anything and I just look stupid overall trying.

Don't do a full on squint. Squinch as they say. Just use the muscles directly below the eye.

What about upper I’m trying to reduce upper eyelid exposure but I can’t figure it out and I’m looking for guides but none have gotten me very far.

Squinting gives you more wrinkles than psl points. For UEE I saw a thread that reccomends volufiline but I never searched more. If you search Volufiline on this forum or volufiline for uppereyelid exposure on YouTube I'm sure something will appear

the only ones I know is volufiline, eyelid pulling, and big ice to move the fat of the face to cover the exposure. My UEE is normal so I never worried about it since I have bigger problems in my face to focus on, but you can search about it.

Squinching won't cause wrinkles, if done minimally.

I think OBO + implants could do it pretty well
