ok so I can’t buy HGH right now because of logistical reasons and I’m a brokie, but I have an idea. I’m going on aromasin first off to keep my plates open, as well as potentially SAMe and MSM (just read about it today, has something to do with methylation). Like I said I can’t get on HGH until maybe 6 or 8 months from now, but in the meantime I will use other HGH secretagogues and stuff. I already have a big ass bag of l-arginine ordered, and I’ll be megadosing that every evening (not cope, I have actually seen significant increased growth velocity because of this). I will buy a glucose monitor online before I take anything else, and then I’ll do MK-677 and/or GHRP

inb4 anyone says this is cope or a dumb idea, I am not relying on this it’s just what I’ll do in the meantime of now till I get my hands on some HGH

also obviously I am doing what I can naturally to get height gains, 9+ hours of sleep, lots of protein and carbs, d3 and k2, zinc, calcium, magnesium, boron, sprinting, etc.

I’ve been doing the natural heightmaxxing stuff and it’s worked well so far, obviously puberty did the actual work but it’s about creating an optimal environment for growth

I grew 1.5 inches in the last 4-5 months, is that good or bad, what does that mean?
 
Damn you have it planned out down to the last detail. What’s your current height?

183 cm/6’0”

ik it isn’t bad but unfortunately it just doesn’t stand out as much as I’d like in my generation, realistically hoping for around 6’3”-6’4”

Just make sure you prioritize getting at least 9-12 hours of sleep or else everything will be in vain.

so dosage is ~3 grams daily for 6 months. im sure you will get plenty of growth from that

SAMe is an antidepressant.
"Contrary to these findings, long-term dietary restriction of methionine leads to adverse events such as bone-related disorders, stunted growth, and hyperhomocysteinemia. Conversely, dietary supplementation of methionine improves hepatic steatosis, insulin resistance, inflammation, fibrosis, and bone health."
^so SAMe is good for bone health but bad long term and can actually worsen bones and stunt growth. there doesnt seem many studies related to bone growth on it, and symptoms dont seem worth it.

so do more research, but atm im favoring MSM

It's different for everyone
 
Just make sure you prioritize getting at least 9-12 hours of sleep or else everything will be in vain.
9-12 hrs of teenage sleep is cope lol, for growth 7-8 hrs depending on the person is adequate for growth especially in later stage puberty.

source? I disagree, I think that a lot of quality sleep is the most important thing for growing taller.

Ok maybe 7-8 was wrong, I've seen that National Sleep Foundation - Sleep Guidelines for Teens recommends 8-10, but late stage puberty I still think over 9-10 is oversleep.
