whats your routine?

i started gymcelling last week and now all my tendons hurt and i cant open my arms + am in constant pain during sleep, when i change sides
Eat a bunch of protein, get creams like horse ointment if this is a thing where you live and hit the sauna if you can. Anything to help your body get used to the aching. Donโ€™t let it stop you from going, the only way to adjust is to keep pushing.

i think this is a common experience

idk how to do proper form without a friend or personal trainer, i try my best but i cant be aware of all the subtleties

and the whole "mind-muscle connection" thing is for more advanced lifters
honestly the only way i improved my form is over time by doing the same exercises
watch videos aswell

this only happens the first few times, then i stop getting muscle aches or tendon pain

a fitness youtuber i watched talks about this, something happens when you workout for the first time and your body struggles to repair or something

literally just pushups and pullups atm, if I stick with it I'll justify a gym membership at some point. don't really care to train legs

yeah make sure your comfortable with working out before you go, for me it was very stressful to go for the first time

don't really care to train legs
it sucks but its like 1/2 of our body

im also omitting leg days from my workout routine for now

Blood pressure medication such as Chlodinine will be handy for when you want to chill, blood thinners like aspirin too

Full body every other day. Hits every muscle group more then most routines and you still get 3-4 rest days a week

Change your pfp it unironcally spikes my cortisol and gives me disgust
