Hi everyone! I'm just gonna start yapping about what I want to improve on + what my plan is.

For the body situation, my main plan is start weightlifting regularly for about 4-5 days a week. I really miss powerlifting and was able to lose 20+ lbs quick being consistent for a couple months. But that was a few years ago so idk how quickly I can bounce back, but I'm pretty confident I can lose the first 20 after at LEAST 3 months, any longer is shameful to me. I want to do light cardio which for me is 30 minutes on the treadmill or if I really want to suffer 15-30 mins on the stairmaster. I'll work on getting at least 5-7k steps everyday but I walk alot for work so I can easily hit close to 10k after a full day.

After I lose the first 20 lbs I want to start tracking protein and hit at LEAST 100g a day. Ideally it should be 150g but I'll work up to it. Not that I won't care about my diet but I just won't focus on macros or calories but moreso not drinking anything but water, tea, or occasionally coffee and staying tf away from fast food. I'm gonna miss those mcdonald's...which is crazy because mcdonald's used to completely disgust me. oh welllll, I had my fun, party's over now hoe! lol

I want to really start meal prepping regularly, I do it occasionally but not enough. It'll be more convient for me having everything I want to eat just ready for me, and me and every other person likes convenience. So I figured why not make eating less shitty more convenient? idk, maybe I'll have more energy if I work out more. But right now I'm tired as fuck all of the time every day, so meal prep just makes more sense. I'll post the stuff I make if y'all are interested in that.

After I lose 40 lbs total I want to just eat at my maintience for about a month or two. If everything goes well september or october will be here by the time I lost an entire microwave off my body. Then by november I'll be back on my bs until standard holiday feasting. I'm thinking I reach my final wl goal at 60 lbs total by at least feburary or march. Ideally I'd be at my gw by January but we'll see.

A lot of issues I have with my face generally would be fixed by weight loss. My main issues is a double chin, soft jawline, and excess facial fat.

I think I have pretty decent feminine facial features ( larger than average lips with a defined cupids bow, positive tilt round "doe" eyes with long lashes, straight full brows, oval face shape, mostly symmetrial, small slightly upturned nose, full cheeks). I think I have good facial harmony since all of these features are pretty soft and feminine and blend decently. I was fairly pretty at my gw and never had issues with being approached by people I was attracted to so- That's got to mean something right?

I would love to have more androgynous features to ig balance out all of the feminine features, I guess like a sharper jawline and more prominent cheekbooks, and not have a bulbous nose tip or hooded eyes. But other than this and my massive fivehead which can be easily concealed, thats the face situation ig.

I really am not interested in doing too much plastic surgery besides a rhinoplasty to fix my deviated septum or maybe get my bulbous nose tip removed, but jury is out on that one. I've thought about it on and off for sooo long. It's not *that* bulbous compared to others I've seen but it's pretty noticeable to me. I guess it'd be noticeable since it's my nose but whatever.

my skin situation is that I'm pale as freak and have freckles. They aren't super prominent on my face, only on my nose bridge and cheeks but I have freckles pretty much everywhere else. Do freckles really affect your looks? I'm torn between really focusing on sun protection and wearing lots of sunscreen or wanting to tan + get more freckles...idk I'll think about it. If I want to tan it should be between now and september so I'll have to figure it out.

I have some acne concerns but I have a pretty good routine down and recently got my hands on tretinoin so I'm excited about that. I use a saliclic acid cleanser to wash my face day and night, hylaronic acid serum, retinol serum, then moisturizer. If I have acne I put the tretinoin on top or wear a pimple patch.

these are the main things I want to focus on this year. the time will pass eventually, so I might as well spend it getting to where I want to be? Feel free to leave your comments, thoughts, suggestions or tips!
