i dont think accutane will help slim ur nose down if u dont have skin issues like super oily skin/acne, all the ppl who ive heard saying accutance slimmed their nose down was because oil production decreased when it was already high for them because of their acne and black heads, aacutane only slims their noses down because it reduces oil production and inflammation from the acne it doesnt get rid of fat on the bulbous tips or change bone/ cartilage which i think is the case for u cuz u said u dont have acne so idek if it would give u any results

If you were to hop on acc now, your skin will be sensitive in that region. Possibly not since it’s been only a week of usage, but please be careful not to thin of your skin as fatty skin can be very important.

Yeah no reason not to. 10mg is safe for basically anyone, though be cautious if some family have liver-conditions
