Just do a safe cut… you will loose majority of fat, otherwise it’s kind of a waste

Definitely dont starve

Eat your nutrients, protein, healthy fats, carbs, etc.
They’re the main factor in growth, not calories
Dont try to get super lean in puberty stay around 15% body fat
Your buccal fat reduces as you age so hollow cheeks may come later if you have the bones

Or use fat dissolvers/ultrasound cavitations
Do your research though
Diuretics like eplerenone too

Or take retatrutide like me hahahahahhahaha
