I don't want to sound like a grey but
if I starve myself once in awhile would that still mess up my health or no?
starving is honestly not great, you get a "skinny-fat" look, even if you work out your muscle is still going to be degrading due to starvation, if you want to be skin and bones get ready to be constantly in pain

I would suggest spamming high protein foods in a deficit like greek yogurt and chicken and cardiomaxx, you look good and feel better too

mark as solution ;-]
Not really but you'll develop a habitual urge to keep doing it
i'm alrdy used to starving so I should be okay
Obviously starving is for retards
Just go on a deficit of Whole Foods
And if needed use GLP-1
I'll try to build a stable diet but rn food sources r kinda limited for me rn
idk i do this sometimes, i was acc thinking about starting today, i go like 2-3 weeks eating like 400 calories a day
ugh same i usually do ts all the time but I've been wanting to chill out due to lack of nutrition and stuff like that

no point in starving yourself once in a while (for fat loss)
If you just go back to your same old goy slop diet it will just do nothing
If your looking to loose weight ust do a calorie deficit n workout (optional though)

Don't. It will crash your metabolism, if you want to lose weight quicker prioritise weightlifting > cardio to maintain muscle mass and keep metabolism high.

Eat foods high in fiber aswell to stay full for longer. Also walk 10-20k steps daily, great for health and it's summer sooo

Perhaps, and around your range - not giving an exact number, paranoia
