If you use it, when your body will detects testosterone is already produced (it doesn't know why or where), it will stops its own production, meaning the testicles will stop functionning and stop producing spermatozoids, hence why you're infertile on roids

Roids users are doing a post cycle therapy after multiple weeks to restart natural production, because the infertility is temporary unless you blast roids for months to the points the testicles permanently stopped to function.
They use stuff like estrogen blockers to counteract high test levels (who create higher levels of estrogen) and use HcG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin hormore) to restart the testes.

If we're honest, i wouldn't recommend you to blast roids at a young age you will just fuck up your overall health. Unless you're 40yo and have kids, where you dgaf if you go infertile
