Trying to stop showing emotionsand have complete control over my face so I can make the muscles look as flattering as possible because I look goofy as fuck when I do make any face besides the same one, plus moving your facial muscles gives you fucking wrinkles and also its lowkey hard to time when to do it

Yes I have been doing a bit of LDAR and my lower lip is a little inflamed from picking at it

I agree that stoicism can be seen as a form of scale morality. But saying that only weak people have it is historically wrong. Marcus was literally a Roman emperor.
