in addition many people bulk with goyslop such as fast food filled with seed oils which cause inflammation.
these can make you feel like shit and bloated, in addition to reducing test.
some retards also have a shit ton of sugar during these times which is a clear looksmin for ur skin.

dnr I put much more lean mass dirty bulking as compared to lean, 20 pound difference, barely any noticeable bf% visibility as well, but just try everything till you find the "perfect" for you theory

lean bulk: about 12 LBS in 4 months

how much was ur surplus? also its not just about visible body % but your health in general from having too much processed food
