Glad to hear it. Just another job I can do that will probably pay more because people are becoming more and more squeamish. If I'm ever in need I probably got good job security working at a slaughter house because the turnover rate is probably high.

I don't remember Jesus saying anything about saving animals. In fact, in the old testament it was even mentioned that if an ox even pushed a human it was to be put to death.

I'm not advocating cruelty but God did give us flesh to eat. And they must be slaughtered to be eaten.

I’ll try to somewhat in the future. I believe it’s pretty expensive trying to get enough nutrients from plants, especially when maintaining a physique.

Could be wrong though. We’ll see.

God absolutely wants us to love animals. Proverbs 12:10 says, “The righteous care for the needs of their animals.” God’s ideal was stewardship, not domination through cruelty. Jesus even speaks of how God cares for sparrows (Matthew 10:29), showing that He values all His creatures. While eating meat was allowed, it doesn't mean God takes pleasure in it. His ultimate plan seems to be restoring creation to a state where no one, human or animal, suffers or dies.

Then either way it's not a sin. And don't be so dumb to think Noah and his family didn't have enough plants stocked up to eat well after the flood had settled.

Then why did God command Peter in a dream in the Book of Acts to go to the house of Cornelius and eat pork with him and his family?

Anyways, your faith is weak as is said in the book of Romans. You're doing exactly what it's commanding not to do.

Romans 14: 1-3

"Accept the one whose faith is weak, without quarreling over disputable matters. One person’s faith allows them to eat anything, but another, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables. The one who eats everything must not treat with contempt the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted them."
