what does vitamin c and fish oil do
 
Omega 3 fish oil helps with inflammation which is linked to stress and cortisol by extension. Vitamin C is an antioxidant which reduces oxidative stress aka an imbalance in your body between free radicals (unstable, reactive molecules) and antioxidants (molecules that neutralize them). It does not stop the adrenal gland from making cortisol but rather makes sure you produce less when you encounter stress. (true because it rhymes)
