Basically, i’m really struggling with my body image and what to do about it. it’s especially hard getting genuine advice on how to look better when people constantly spare my feelings. for reference, i’m 5”9 male and my weight fluctuates between 135-140 pounds. i’m unhappy with how i look. i hate working out and struggle being consistent with it. should i lose weight? should i gain weight? i want to be whatever will look most appealing. i’d really appreciate advice and honesty
