Struggling with physique

Basically, i’m really struggling with my body image and what to do about it. it’s especially hard getting genuine advice on how to look better when people constantly spare my feelings. for reference, i’m 5”9 male and my weight fluctuates between 135-140 pounds. i’m unhappy with how i look. i hate working out and struggle being consistent with it. should i lose weight? should i gain weight? i want to be whatever will look most appealing. i’d really appreciate advice and honesty :) IMG_1709.jpeg
 
Just stay consistent while lifting and eat maintenance calories or maybe a couple hundred above. You will see progress.

so you think building is the way to go rather than losing?
 
K L IN E F EL jk. I’d say cut a few pounds, like a slow cut for 2-4 months and then lean bulk. It’s obviously up to personal preference, but Orc is probably the most jacked person in this space and he cut first when he had a similar physique to yours, so I’d probably take his advice before anyone else’s.

Hes correct even skinnyfats must cut first

gain weight for sure but your young still so you'll start to build muscle naturally and easier as you grow.
