Serious Stuck at 130lbs bulk plateau, need real advice to ascend frame

Stats & Goal
Age: 17
Height: 5'6.5-5'7 (mom 5'6, dad 5'5, genetics cooked me but whatever)
Weight: Stuck at 128-130lbs forever now
Goal: 150lbs by June to start MMA, fill out frame, look bigger/less skinny, ascend from skinny to at least mid-tier gymcel look. Confidently mog in person.

Started locked in Feb 2025 at 118lbs, climbed to 128 pre-injury easy on 2500cals + mass gainer.Injury fucked me, dropped to 118, now back to 128-130 but dead stuck since hitting 130.Was slamming 4.5k-5.2k cals daily + 225-240g protein, hit 130 then progress died completely.Tried forcing to 5.2-5.5k to break through = felt sick af, nauseous, bloated, couldn't handle it. Back to ~4.2k now.

Training inconsistent as fuck cuz schedule is aids. School wastes my time starts 9:30, after that editing YT 4-6h/day bc 3 channels just monetized this week main income can't drop out yet. Sleep 2-3am usually. Only like 6h sleepmax.
At 118 I woke up looking super flat/dehydrated/skinny. Now at 130 wake up looking normal but still no real mass gains, frame feels the same.

Face/Skin Breakouts low-mid, use CeraVe Acne Control Gel when needed, wash with Bioré Clear & Breathable. Barely sugar + 1-2L water keeps it under control. No major changes, just maintaining.

What am I missing to actually put on mass
If any compound I should do some research on just name it but dont say what it does I need to read more to expand my vocab.

Natural Selection, i built more muscle than you by dowing no more than 3 sets per muscle group, and with 2500 calories, high protein

Use test, add GHRP-6 so you can stomach the food, and use slin and HGH for lypolosis and control of blood sugar

ik it sounds stupid and obvious but just eat more. i used to think i was eating enough then i ate more and really started to see progress
