Hi ive been losing weight consistently mostly trying to lose fat by eating high protein at a deficit I reduced from 106 which was my highest now to 90kgs but now I stopped losing fat i assume or weight in general I havent worked out in a week either and i feel like im going to relapse what should i do. now to get down to 75-80 kg.
