Stuck at the same weight in bench press

Lower weight and go for higher reps (8-12) while also eating a bit more protein. The lower weight should help you each even closer to true failure and extra protein should help out

Try weighted dips and chest flys, don’t do bench as it’s not a great chest builder, do it maybe once a week to track progress if you want to, chest flys and weighted dips work the chest and triceps and that’s all that’s involved in a bench press

So I bench 150kg
Some days I do 4-5 reps and other days I can’t even move the weight, need some tips

@Newday
Also try to track your lifts each session, you can see if you progressed, have the same pre workout meal, (fast digesting carbs), same music, try to keep everything similar so your body isn’t limited by external factors, and if you are progressing on other chest and tricep exercises, your bench will start to climb
