Stuck between these 2 options

Some of you may know that I'm trying to increase my height through my previous threads

But there's one issue I gotta tackle,

Should I bulk or cut while heightmaxxing?
The answer is usually bulk cause it helps the body get its nutrients, BUT since I'm at ~21% bf, which might make my growth plates, as "every 1 % increase in body fat above ~15–16 % in late-teen males raises circulating estradiol (estrogen) by roughly 6–8 %",

So right now I'm stuck between
1. Bulking to give my body access to calories to help in increasing my height
2. Cutting to decrease my bf% to extend how long my growth plates will stay open

Yeah but my bf% is 21% isn't that too high? Shouldn't I cut and prolong how long my growth plates stay open?
the 8-9 percent arent tragic, cutting will limit how much you can grow, i cut for 6 months and didnt grow for 6 months, which is why im shorter then my parents. if i were you i would lean bulk/maintain, or if u are risky take ai's and test

wdym by 8-9% aren't tragic?

And right now it's not cutting but more like eating less, cause I can't go to the gym cause to my academics, that's why I'm just gonna eat a bit less and maybe go for a run once in a while

many of them are suggesting me to cut and said if I get my nutrients right then I'll still grow and telling me to cut slowly, also the most important nutrients/minerals/vitaminds that I need to grow, I am taking supplements of em so idts theres gonna be an issue over that
