Study tips +motivation

I need help locking in I got my final exam grades and they’re all so fucking disgustingly average, I have nothing impressive to send to unis
I still have a chance to fix them but I have a problem with focusing and getting shit done
I already deleted all my socials cancelled all my plans for the next two months because I really need a come back anyways I’m fixing my sleep schedule even though I find my motivation and drive to work higher at night
If you have any tips or wtv to help me with studying pls lmk I especially struggle with calculus and physics

The motivation is right there in the post. Things you want to say to unis = uni = ur future. All you can do is lock in. It's like a j*b. No one WANTS to go to work but we have to. Treat school just like that. Try pomodoro technique so you wont get burnt out. Do problems over and over again until youre confident. Do or make a study guide. Phys and calc are difficult but you got this!! Think about the favor and positive step youre giving your future self

For me what works is that once I study enough I’ll reward myself with something. Like let’s say you study for 2 hours completely without getting off task, buy yourself like something from the store or take a hot bath to relax yourself. I feel like its more motivating to study if you can achieve a reward after
