After 2 hours of basketball training I went outside for one more hour of balling and when I went for the ball to pick it up I hit my head on a tree

I didn't pay attention to it and just continued but then in 3hrs when I was already home my head hurt crazy and I vomited thrice

I thought and so did my parents that it's the heat but alas just an hour ago going through my hair I stumbled upon dried up blood and realized the hit wasn't minor but rather a concussion

Now I'm off to the hospital and can't play ball for fucking 5-10 days which fucking sucks I hate this shit

Hopefully I don't relapse and harm myself
