The only thing certain with humans is change; it’s our nature to change, to grow, we are forever developing, and that’s the beauty of it.
Your brain feeds on patterns. A set of reinforced beliefs that are repeated so often that they become fact in your mind- this can be a blessing and a curse. Your “self” isn’t even you, it’s just a rehearsal.
The phrase you are what you eat is factual here. All thoughts make up your identity, and those thoughts are ones you subconsciously choose to feed to your brain. You don’t even really think in images; you visualize in feelings. Identity is nothing without your self-affirmations, which are all acquired through gradual repetition.
Repeating, “I am going to have a good day,” is an affirmation (not a spell)- it is your words paving a path so that your brain knows where to go. Words are instructions, and your nervous system follows them. Your brain does not care whether what you feed it is true or not; it just craves the familiar. If you say a phrase long enough, your brain will start bending reality to fit that.
Your identity is obedient. You can rewrite your code- even if it takes some time.
why is this self-assumption so powerful?? Assumptions are the foundations for every thought that comes after. Assumptions aren’t a tried and tested hypothesis, but a fact. The sky is blue when it’s sunny. The grass is green. You don’t stop to check that, you go about your business knowing it’s true. Your assumptions become law, and everything about your identity has no choice but to comply. One assumption will become your filter. No evidence comes through unless it matches (like a lock and key model); if it doesn’t match, it gets rejected and ignored, or replaced until it does.
you don’t perceive all of reality; you see what your brain looks for.
What you see = what you act on = what results you get.
Your mind determines what you do (or don’t). Your assumptions will even change the people around you. Humans are all just energy, and when you tap into a specific frequency, people around you will notice. An assumption can change the language you choose to use, your tone, or even how confident you appear.
Your. brain. will. not. care. if. it’s. not. true.
It just wants COHERENCE.
Change your assumptions, and your reality falls in line. Your thoughts will neutralize, and your behavior will shift without any effort.
stay calm, and stay blessed, my birds
