my freind has been talking to me about "subliminals" and how he changed his looks with it. Upon asking him more about this he said it's a kind of audio he's listening to which gives him subconscious belief that he looks different and it happens. I'm calling bullshite but is it possible?

It's such a massive cope lmao. Used to be deep into the community a couple years back cause I was desperate. Ppl would just post filtered pics or pics from diff angles and call them "results". Maybe it can change your mindset but I doubt it can actually change your physical features

pretty sure theres dif types- some r literally just quiet voices under music and others r sound waves. either or i saw a video of some mexican girl who said she used them for years and showed lots of pics throughout her change if i find the link ill post

We don't know if the words in those audio are man-made nothings or actual spells or at least we can't normally notice it. If You can be hypnotized through a phone screen you can be also bewitched by phone audio.
