Even since I was 13, it has destroyed my life and my face. From 15/16 to the last year I could control it a bit again but since I started uni I lost any control.

It is not even hunger, it is just dopamine😭

Can't not imagine how thing could have been without it...would my bones have developed?

It also causes crazy weight variation...yesterday was 6 kg heavier than usual...6!!!. Today I am only 2 kg heavier than usual.

I don't even care that much abt weight gain but not like this...it isn t even fat or muscle, it is just fucking swelling and it hurts. I literally can't feel my calves.

If you ever have kids, please get them a hobby or something. Don't allow them to destroy themselves.

not at all, the swelling you’re probably talking about is just bloat that can go away with the right method ! and btw it’s ok (if not good) for a woman to have a certain amount of facial fat! it’s feminine and a neotony indicator if you’re pretty (which you are)

Did you get checked for Diabetes & Thyroid ?
 
Did you get your kidneys tested also ?
Idk...it was an overall test. I just know that thyroid is good and I had very low blood sugar and did some further tests and it was ok in the end

That’s only in excessive amounts of what your body needs. The Randal’s cycle can be easily avoided by not eating carbs and fats in the same meal.

The only symptom is me always drinking water. I have some issues like throwing up but I think it is because I eat too much tbh and my body can't handle it and severe constipation. Even after I go to toilet, nothing changes

Interesting...will check it when I will have the possibility to do so.

Mine was 53 the first time when I didn't eat processed sugars the previous day and it was shown as too low. Then it was 80 when I binged on sugar the previous day.
I also did some other test regarding it and the results were good.

Fake btw unless you’re consuming ungodly amounts of sugar it’s a metabolism boost and any normal amount of moving around will burn this. 99.999999% of calories come from random other shit (usually fatty or high carb meals)

It is mostly processed foods/sugars.
Rarely eat dinner since I am already full but if I do, it is usually some meat and veggies salad
