tldr: some studies show that low protein consumption and high carb consumption increases weight loss without effect on muscle mass and increase in physical activity, it's due to some effects on metabolism

anyways neat way to lose weight quickly, and before some retarded f****t says it, obviously this diet isn't optimal you absolute r****d

sources:

also to show how strong this diet really is, in one study the patients ate at maintenance and still lost weight, and had to increase their caloric consumption again and still kept losing weight, with no effect on muscle mass or increase in physical activity

added in this part here, in one study the goal wasn't even weight loss and the people in it were still losing weight and had to increase caloric intake yet still kept losing it
