i don't plan on getting work done on lower third but why?
yeah i agree, wouldn't filler interfere with the implants? you'd have to dissolve it first no?
 
fillers are less permanent
yeah but a fraction of the cost. + if you can inject on bone midigation is minimal

yeah they generally look better, implants will always be superior but like i said a fraction of the cost for filler

yeah i know, all i'm saying is dissolving filler would be a process because there's no way to completely target specific areas because the dissolver also attacks a certain thing that's your body naturally creates so it could fuck it up. i do agree about your original statement though, just saying it would be an interesting process 🤔🤔
