If we're enforcing a number amount, Dean should just limit it in the settings instead of making it unlimited.

But I can make it more strict if users are upset by it.

If you are tagging users because you're under the assumption they'd be interested in your thread, then it's not a big deal. But if you're just mass tagging in hopes more people see your thread, then it wouldn't be allowed. Curating a tag list for specific contexts vs pasting a big mass tag list.
