I followed Ehrens guide on org, helped me out a lot.


And no, it didn’t make me blind, didn’t make me see squiggles

Not really much of a guide, just stare at the sun for 10+ minutes a day and keep it under 20.


You need to have your eyes wide open and just look at it in direct sunlight.
