Какие exercises существуют для впалых щек? И какие рекомендации по питанию мне следует править? Я стараюсь выпивать 3 литра воды каждый день и избегаю сладостей и очень жирной пищи. Я также занимаюсь в тренажерном зале.

Объем и структура ваших костей являются наиболее важным фактором.
Просто жуйте и глотайте правильно, не делайте никаких «упражнений». Старайтесь не напрягать мышцы щек.
