Sunscreen

sunscreen should be reapplied every 2 hours when youre consistently exposed to the sun. in your case, i would reapply after ~4–6 hours if youre still taking outdoor walks throughout the day. no need to reapply after every 15 min walk, unless youre sweating a lot or rubbing your face. even once in the morning and once mid-day would do

If i have SPF 60, how often do i have to reapply? Assume that i am indoors for most of the day but i go outside to take a walk every couple hours (15 - 20 minutes walk sessions)
If you are walking with it

I'd reapply it every 45 minutes

spf 60 isn't strong compared to the others

Don’t think I’ve ever reapplied sunscreen unless I’m at the beach jfl, just way too much of a hassle
