Hi bro, I hope you can achieve your full potential, I think humanism is an amazing practice. Are you aiming for full potential just looks wise or life wise?
I genuinely want to connect with my body and spirituality. For too long, I've felt like a "talentless geek," and I'm determined to make a change. I want to feel more in control of how I feel about myself in every part of my life.

Best advice I could ever give is this;
1. Start habits now, start small daily habits that define your life and eventually you don’t even think about it. (ie. adding a step to skin care, holding door for strangers, reading more, signing up for free classes, make health conscious decisions in the grocery store, denying fast food, drinking less.)
2. The gym; I don’t know if I have to explain this one, stronger body, stronger mind, better at overcoming obstacles, helps with building confidence, helps with looks, helps with hormones, helps with your connection to your own self
3. Break free of harmful habits; self explanatory, just make a conscious decision to stop doing things that make you less of a person. (ie. drinking, doomscrolling, negative thoughts, laziness)

Heavy on denying fast food. My family took us to Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) last evening, and I only had six wings and some fries. I really don't like that place, but I usually end up eating a lot because there's so much food on my plate. I hope they didn’t think I was developing some sort of eating disorder.

I feel you heavy, eating less is definitely a good alternative towards not eating at all. I eat fast food probably once a week to be completely honest, it’s not going to kill you to have a little and it’s a fun bonding activity with friends and family. Whenever I go I get something smaller (with some exceptions) and I try to make sure it’s all health friendly. I also don’t eat out getting like pizza or chinese that often maybe once a month as those are a lot worse. I think most importantly is making sure your diet is mostly healthy. I still eat probably one unhealthy thing a day and cereal is a staple to my every day diet. My family likes to get these Italian Ices, little cups of snow cone and I probably have atleast 1 a day, it’s pure slop, 120 calories, all sugar, corn syrup base, and food dye; but I workout and do my cardio and I get my day done, it’s a nice treat to unwind at the end of the night after dinner. The biggest thing about diet for me is the decisions you make in the grocery store and kitchen. Buying canned goods can be a great and cheap alternative other “healthy” foods and trying to keep your diet to things natural. This is usually what a normal day of eating looks like for me:
Fast until Noon
Chicken and Rice
snack on fruits
workout at 4
post workout meal at like 6:30
This could be many different things, I like to eat a big lunch with 300g ish of chicken so I can get most of my protein for the day out of the way and get my carbs up before my workout. My post workout meal is also my dinner and I like to make it healthy but also enjoyable, maybe a burger and fries, only difference is i’m using low fat mayonnaise on the burger, the patty is 97:3 ground beef I formed into a patty, the buns are keto, I only use 1 slice of deli cheese, fries come pre frozen and I season them extra.
Doing this I pretty much had fast food, but healthily. I eat probably an equivalent to a large fry and my burgers are always atleast half a pound.

I haven't been able to enjoy real pizza because I have lactose intolerance. Every Friday, my mother makes us personal pizzas, which means I usually end up having just bread with sauce and vegetables instead. I don't often eat breakfast; I typically just have leftovers from dinner. For lunch yesterday, I had some homemade falafel. Most of our food is organic, and we rarely have snacks. I mainly wait until dinner, and in the meantime, I snack on some granola or fruit to hold me over. Sometimes we go to the local ice cream place, where I get a non-dairy ice cream. It might sound a bit queer, but Jane Fonda workouts give an amazing burn. I need to start exercising all week, starting Sunday.

Any kind of exercise is good exercise bhai. It sounds like you’re eating healthily and at home and that’s good. Keep up the good work and remember the first step towards become better is consciously doing things to be better.
Thanks, dude.
