Vitamin E and aspirin, no matter whatever diet u follow, people will still eat cheat meals and thats normal, occassional take out and stuff, well the main problem with that is highly oxidised oils which is terrible for ur cell membrane and lipid profile and arachidonic acid.

Aspirin, inhibits the the enzymes which converts arachidonic acid into pro inflammatory chemicals.

Vitamin E potent antioxidant which fights against lipid peroxidation

I eat none of this
do hamburgers and fries contain vitamin E?

I feel like consistent intake of DIETARY lycopene can protect from such damage, supplement also works if taken with fat containing meal. But aspirin+vitamin E is fucking great, would occasionally take high dose melatonin in specific stress situations for cellular protection.

To avoid if you're prone to bleeding frequently. Both omega 3s, vit E and Aspirin thinning the blood
Vitamin K2 is a counter

Isn't k2 a blood thinner to avoid D3 thickening blood and stiffening arteries ?
No K2 is responsible for directing calcium to bone matrix instead of calcifying other tissues and endothelial lining. K2 is responsible for increasing platelet function of thickening blood, which counteracts the aspirin of aspirin reducing platelet function and amount.

D3 is responsible for simple calcium absorption, not directing calcium. Platelet activity and free circulating calcium are different
