magnesium: take before bed for better sleep
vitamin c: take during the day with meals
for the vitamin d3: make sure to take it with vitamin k2 (not shown here) as your body processes them much better together
b12: take in the morning, wont make physical changes but its a good supplement for general health
selenium + zinc: take with food, or eat a couple brazil nuts as theyre super high in selenium and are a naturally available source
