On Friday, I should be having my final orthodontic appointment before "surgery"; however, I have reason to believe they want to delay this surgery for another year and put me on some braces and remove 2 teeth just so I can have a "better bite" post-surgery.

I do not care about my biting ability, + the only reason I want to do this surgery isdless, I want it only for aesthetic reasons

Should i?

A) Take their recommendation (I don't think I get much of a choice, JFL) and postpone the surgery for another year
B) Do the surgery first and continue with braces after, but it could cause a worse bite/TMJ pain
