oral and maxillofacial surgeon I have a recessed chin or with terrible forward growth along side a recessed maxilla or just very flat anything I could as him please help me out

i would just bring a side profile, front profile, 3/4ths, and a bite photo of u in a resting position and then showing ur teeth

they'll probably look more at ur teeth then
ur face changes a lot if u loose weight
i cant look at teeth and i dont think most ppl of this forum can either
u should just focus on a specialist and getting good photos

get a CBCT scan of both jaws + TMJS and ideally of dental roots too so they can plan the treatment
