Serious Talk me out of doing this

I know I know this may sound like I'm trolling but I am not. Recently I have meet this really cute femboy, and YES, you heard me right femboy online. Me and him have already hit it on all cylinders meaning we have so much in common. We have met acouple of times as friends, but nothing sexual yet. However this weekend he has invited me to his house to have intercores with him. On one hand I really want to do it because he looks very cute and feminine, but on the other hand I know it's wrong and I'm afraid I will be violating God and Hamza/Family with be disappointed in me if they found out. The reason I am asking this is because my experience with women haven't really been too stellar. Yes I have met some good ones, but I left the because they were "chopped" or not up to par. As for the ones that were pretty, we all know what happened. Unfortunately this femboy is prettier than some of the "chopped" good ones I have dated, and is even loyal to me. The only issue with the femboy is that he's a dude rather than a girl. So the question is, should I go through having sex with a femboy and possibly getting into a deep relationship with him? Or am I better off just sitting this one out?
