Im still tan from the summer like i have tan lines and i live in a place that has a full winter is this from good diet how is it possible

It might not be a true tan, it could be pigment residue.
Gentle exfoliation 1-2 times a week. Intense moisturizing after showering. Products containing Vitamin A/retinoids (use carefully). SPF even when going outside in winter (yes, snow reflects).
