it’s not that sweet but it’s not disgusting imo if you get it from a good source
but ye u definitely have to get used to it

Filter the blood from it and eat it without. It can effect the taste a lot.
will try, i might try using seasoning to mask it. unfortunately turkey liver has the most metallic taste, ill order beef/lamb liver next time

Yeah, i eat lamb liver personally. You can try putting maple syrup or some honey on it, tbh the metallic taste will never leave, if you don't like it don't force yourself to eat it tbh. You can try oysters.
